British Gymnastics has the following permanent full-time post:

Events & Experiences Partner (North & Yorkshire)

37 hours per week

Salary range £26,699 to £28,183 per annum (dependent upon experience)

39 days annual leave (including Bank Holiday and Company days) + 2 wellbeing days a year + weekly exercise and wellbeing hours

This is a home-based role with regional and national travel as required

The Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference across the gymnastics community by shaping and supporting positive experiences for participants. You will play a key part in facilitating a wide range of events and activities, ensuring they are safe, inclusive and enjoyable for all.

By reviewing the current event landscape with sensitivity and insight, you will identify opportunities to strengthen and expand local provision, helping to increase capacity and enhance the overall quality of experiences available. You will also influence the delivery of events led by affiliated organisations and delivery partners, supporting them to meet high standards and ensuring consistency across the wider network.
